I’m honest and open. I’ll try to support you wherever you are. My philosophy is that it’s best to take small, consistent steps to tackle a health problem, and remain committed.
I was raised in a bilingual household in American (Swiss-German and English), but always felt connected to Switzerland, especially the mountains.
I completed a university program in the United States and worked there as a medical technologist in laboratories for many years. After seeing so many sick people suffer, I wanted to help with the healing process, but knew that even though I had an analytical mind, medical school was not for me. I chose a graduate program in Traditional Chinese Medicine and attended the Academy of Oriental Medicine in Austin, Texas, for four years. During that time, I also completed the Shiatsu program.
In the summer of 2009, my husband, dog, and I moved to St. Gallen, and enjoy hiking in the mountains. When I’m not treating or hiking, I like to write novels.
